CII Foodpro 2026 to Showcase Food Tech Innovations

The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) is organising the 16th edition of CII Foodpro 2026, an international event focused on Food Processing and Technologies, from 7–9 August 2026 at Chennai Trade Centre, Chennai, India. The event, which began in 1995, will bring together stakeholders from across the food processing value chain to showcase innovations, technologies, and emerging trends shaping the future of the sector.

Alongside the three-day exhibition, CII will host a one-day conference on “Innovation Across the Food Ecosystem” on 7 August 2026 at Chennai Trade Centre. The conference aims to promote technology-driven knowledge exchange among stakeholders in the agro and food processing industry.

The conference will feature discussions around evolving consumer preferences, technology adoption, product innovation, and new business opportunities in the food sector. The key sessions include:

The event is supported by the Ministry of Food Processing Industries and Ministry of MSME, Government of India. The Government of Tamil Nadu will be the host state, while the Government of Andhra Pradesh will participate as the partner state.

More than 300 senior professionals, including CEOs, industry leaders, senior executives from processed and packaged food manufacturers, food technology companies, post-harvest technology providers, processing equipment manufacturers, producer companies, food safety solution providers, exporters, retail chains, and government organisations are expected to participate.

Delegate Registration and Participation

The delegate fee for attending the one-day conference (excluding GST) is:

  • Academia: ₹1,500 per participant
  • CII Members: ₹2,000 per participant
  • Non-Members: ₹2,500 per participant
